I dont know why Apport did not show up again, after a reproduceable crash after installing some -dbg packages.

A fix has been committed for QuickAccess 0.9. Unfortunately, since it's part of a new feature (the old implementation caused this bug by re-implementing various Qt drag/drop functions...) it will not be backported to previous releases.
