Bug Description
In case ther's a comma in imported sample field name -> Lime might skip relevance/condition with {SAMPLE: ..} and table columns in exported csv key_ / sample_ files from dataoutput.php are shifted.
requires str_replace() comma replacement in sample field name during sample import

LOL Seems this gonna be a long story...
If there's more than 1 line in sample data field or "casenote" - > dataoutput *.csv cells shifted too.
Another characters need to include to str_replace() : \n and \r (for CR and LF) to import, casenote and export files .
Suggestion: BEFORE fix -> avoid "Carriage return /Enter " or other line breaks in sample files and casenotes submitted !
