update Lime result for case on case outcome update

Happened few times: if operator , by mistake, completes questionnaire and case (/call) outcome is changed later from "complete" to some other "final" value, Lime status for this case should be changed manually. If not changed -> quotas and outcome reports are not properly counted.

I'm not sure if this should be done automatically.

The issue would be the opposite - changing an outcome in queXS would then interfere with a Limesurvey outcome.

Maybe a reminder for the administrator to alter the Limesurvey outcome if required when changing the case/call outcome would be more suitable

In fact, both both direct and opposite issues might take place.

With opposite issue, if Lime status changed and case outcome not updated automatically, will interfear with next_case selection and sample results count.

A reminder woun't resolve quota count issue if not automatic.

Maybe better solution - to add a "case note" for each issue on change .
