Bug Description
It's a long run. Finaly caught this floating bug in operator interface_2!
As noted long time before ( f.i. regarding required "case notes" didn't show up) some popus in operator interface _2 behaved strange, not as supposed.
Found faulty links to javascript libraries js/window.js instead of js/window_
