Hey Guys,

usually operators sent project information (often as pdf-file) via mail or fax after first contact - to give information about the project and partners and show reliability to the participant. It's often used additionally to an appointment, so the respondent is prepared for it. That feature comes with 'self completion' but sometimes that is methodical undesired.

Maybe you can implement it to 'edit/modify questionnaire' someday.

Not sure if I understood your idea, but if you're talking about invitation e-mail for self-completion (where you can put any project information required) is allready implemented in integrated Limesurvey.

I'm talking about pre-interview information for the respondents.
The possibility for operators to send an email with all relevant project-information (e.g as pdf-file), so the respondent knows what it's about, which partners/organisations are involved and so on.

Example: Operator calls a company. An assistant needs futher information before an operator is allowed to talk to the HR manager. Operator sends email with project-information. Assistant decides wether or not an interview with the manager will be arranged.

That's exactly what I mean and it's already implemented in Quexs.
When creating new /editing questionnaire you can activate "Allow for respondent self completion via email invitation" option.
With this option operators will have another button "E-mail" and would be able to input e-mail address, name, surname and send Invitation e-mails to respondents.
In Limesurvey admin panel you can adjust invitation e-mail for each survey as required and delete {SURVEYURL} fields if you don't want provide a link for online survey (But in this case - how you suppose to monitor feedback and agreements/refuses for interviews?)
