Bug Description
The artifact codegen in the group id code.mysema.codegen can not be used in an osgi environment because the Manifest.MF file does not define it's Imports/Exports.
This problem was found out when trying to use querydsl in an osgi environment

0.4.2 didn't have the proper manifest information. Fixed now in 0.4.3.

Fixed in master. The codegen dependency has now version 0.4.2.
