Bug Description
Please backport openwsman 2.3.6-0ubuntu1 (universe) from raring to quantal and precise.
Reason for the backport:
=======
Openwsman is important in interacting with the Lifecycle Controller on Dell's PowerEdge server lineup and is an important part of Dell's OpenManage server software.
The latest stable upstream version is 2.3.6 and contains many bugfixes and enhancements since the last version that was included in Ubuntu (2.2.3).
Testing:
========
Mark off items in the checklist [X] as you test them, but please leave the checklist so that backporters can quickly evaluate the state of testing.
You can test-build the backport in your PPA with backportpackage:
$ backportpackage -u ppa:<lp username>/<ppa name> -s raring -d quantal openwsman

2.4.3 is now out for Trusty, so, 2.3.6 is no longer required...will see about possibly putting 2.4.3 in precise backports if there is a demand for it.
