qtubuntu-desktop needs an OpenGL context

Bug Description

Qt5 in the desktop environment assumes an OpenGL context, but QtUbuntu hardcodes the creation of an OpenGL|ES context. This causes Qt shaders to fail to compile at runtime on the desktop.
