Bug Description
I've been working on switching the Dash to Qt location API & run the dash confined with apparmor (it's in silo 65). The first location request for location update executed immediately as the Dash starts is always rejected with AccessError. After discussing this with tvoss on IRC it may be a race with establishing a connection to the service and platform api's worker threads spinning up correctly.
