Bug Description
I think it worked once when I first booted the phone after installing to set the time, now It does not seem to get the location in apps such as google maps or the nearby scope.
I do not have a SIM card in the phone. Not sure if this is relevent or not. Downloaded a sensor app from the app store and the GPS information is not display - everything is blank
using devel build

Downgraded to stable build 14.04 and location works - so this is something new in the devel/vivid build
