[Preferences] Change the location of youtube-dl

Bug Description

An option should be added to change the initial location of youtube-dl (that is just "youtube-dl") and select a custom path to the file (for example, "/home/mike/scripts/youtube-dl.py").

This will be implemented before the release of beta version 0.1 (deadline 07/07/2007).
