QR popup should appear at the top of the visible window, not page

Bug Description
On long pages the QR popup will appear off screen. Should either scroll with the page or appear where the user clicks.
(Nice thing about the second option is you could have multiple QR codes on a page)

Went the quick fix and used position: fixed.
