Add QArt function

It would be a great improvement if you would add a way to generate QArt codes, like this:

Thanks for the pointer, it indeed looks really cool and I'd be happy to research adding this feature to Qreator.

The only issue I see with it right now is that the library is created with Go and there aren't any python bindings, nor any of this is packaged for Ubuntu.
