Bug Description
Expected behavior when setting the media size to A6 is top, vertically centered, printing. When I feed my A4 tray an A6, it prints correctly with evince and "lp -o media=a6" this way. qpdfview 0.4.18 prints as if the tray was fed an A4 and puts the A6 on the top left position.
