please support annotations on djvu files

This is a forward of a bug in Debian:

It seems annotations are not supported in qpdfview on djvu files, although DJVU Version 26 seems to support them.
At the moment, when trying to create an annotation in a djvu, nothing happens. If you don't plan on supporting this feature, could an error message be displayed instead when one tries to do this?
