Mouse scrolling not possible when the cursor is located right

I am using qpdfview with Linux Mint 20 Xfce 64Bit.

When the qpdfview window is maximized it is not possible to

- grab the scroll bar by clicking left
- scrolling with the mouse wheel

if the mouse cursor is moved to the very right edge of your screen.

You have to move it 3 pixels or so to the left, then you can access the scroll bar and scroll with the wheel.

It would be much more comfortable to read and scroll in a document when you not have to look exactly where the cursor is positioned. Currently the mouse cursor is useless at that position.
