qpdfview doesn't print in A3 format

Bug Description
I have a printer capable of printing both A3 and A4 documents. The default paper size is A4. If I select an A3 paper size using Qt properties in the print dialog, the selected option is not sent to the printer. In the printing options delivered to CUPS I don't see "media" or "PageSize" options
I am using qpdfview 0.4.18 beta with Qt 5.11.3
