Bug Description
Sorry for opening another issue but this is a rather small patch and I couldn't really figure out how to make a pull request (coming from Github and never used bzr except for downloading).
This patch adds the plugin dependencies to LIBS if the plugin was set to be linked statically. That was the last issue I had when I made static cross-builds for Windows.
