Bug Description
Hi!
I am using qpdfview:
qpdfview 0.4.14
qpdfview is a tabbed document viewer using Qt.
This version includes:
PDF support using Poppler 0.48.0
PS support using libspectre 0.2.8
DjVu support using DjVuLibre 3.5.27
Printing support using CUPS 2.2.1
The following PDF is broken after "Euroopa Majanduspiirkonna" and before ", võrdub hüvitise suurus" when viewed in qpdfview.

Hello John,
thank you for taking the time to report this. I am sorry that I cannot be more helpful, but since Poppler's command line utils like pdftocairo produce exactly the same broken output, could you try reporting this with the Poppler project as it is almost certainly unrelated to qpdfview's code base?
