qpdfview won't open my ATT bill

Qpdfview is set as my default pdf viewer. However, it wouldn't open my ATT bill (a pdf file). Okular opened it fine. When I tried to open the file with qpdfview, it put up a small window with "warning" in the title bar, "could not open" and the file path in the message area. I don't really want to send you the file as it contains private information. Maybe you can find an ATT bill some other place....

thanks for taking the time to report this. Please check if it might be related to the file name or content, i.e. if qpdfview fails to open a file with the same name but a different content as well. Other than that, there is not much I can do without a file that triggers the problem.

Thanks for responding. I changed the name of the file to just "A.pdf" and it still wouldn't load. There must be something special about ATT bills.
