Bug Description
Hey,
the pdf reader Okular has the ability to open epub files (as plugin functionality). Since there aren't any good ePub-viewer on Linux, I really would like to see qpdfview supporting it :)
One could open a Epub with calibre or FBReader, but both programs are really bloated, adding the ebooks automatically to some kind of library, etc, etc.
Since ePUB is the format to be used at the ebook world, qpdfview should support it!
Regards,
Jonas

Hello Jonas,
thank you for your suggestion. AFAIK ePUB files are mainly archived web content (XHTML, CSS, images, ...), so using QtWebKit, it should be possible to implement this as an optional plug-in. I'll have a look at Okular's implementation (maybe using KHTML?), but please don't hold your breath. I don't know if I'll find the time or when. In any case: Patches welcome. :-)
Best regards, Adam.
