status area on main window does not scale to its content and fonts

I tried to find a place to report this upstream, but have not.
qjackctl has a sourceforge project, but no activated bug reporting.
trac.jackaudio.org is broken at the moment.

It seems that display does not properly resize by changing the font size.

The upstream bug URL is no longer valid. The latest bug tracker on Sourceforge dates from 2012, and this bug does not appear to be listed.

According to comments on the Debian Bug, the upstream developer was not keen to fix this. If this is still a problem, I recommend creating a new ticket directly on the upstream bug tracker to see if the opinion has changed.

If someone from Bug Control is reading this, the status for the Ubuntu Task should probably be "Won't Fix".
