As the image attached in Comment #16 shows, this update doesn't fix the problem for me. This is using:

# rpm -qa | grep qemu
qemu-system-x86-0.10.6-5.fc11.x86_64
qemu-img-0.10.6-5.fc11.x86_64
qemu-common-0.10.6-5.fc11.x86_64
