Bug Description
Using QEMU part of latest KVM (82). A VNC session was established to a VM. Afterwards, no one else can VNC to that VM.
Even:
1. If the shared desktop flag was set (not sure it is honored in the server)
2. If the VNC client was abruptly disconnected (there is no keep-alive between the client and the server, I reckon)
3. If the VNC client asked for read-only access.
