error message on bazaar init

can anyone help me with this error? it appears whenever i initialize a folder. OS: WIN

even though i have this error, the .bzr folder is still created.

This is a problem with the last beta, you can either use 2.4.2 which is the current stable release, or wait for the windows installer for 2.5b3 to be built.
