[wishlist] make size of components in qlog window to be remembered

Bug Description

As highlighted on this screenshot http://i.imgur.com/Q5weB.png a user wants to have some sizes of elements to be remembered and restored on next qlog run. I'm not sure about the width of Author column, but for file list view it should be easy enough to implement.

Based on the information from halega it seems we don't set width for Date/Time properly, so it became slightly truncated.
