qdiff toolbar: add commit button

Bug Description
New qdiff toolbar is very cool.
Last few days I have been feel the need Commit button on this toolbar. Such button should invoke the qcommit dialog with the files shown in qdiff window. Of course Commit button should be only available if qdiff shows the difference between latest committed revision and working tree, not between 2 revisions or between older revision and working tree or between 2 branches.
