qannotate window can't show dotted revnos properly

qannotate window has problems to show dotted revnos if there is more than 5 digits on the screen. See attached picture, you should see that revisions 1014.x.y lack first "1". Revisions less than 1 thousand rendered correctly in normal font, but dropped last digits if shown in bold (when selected). I suppose the latter is the intended effect. But the problem with 1K is rather irritating.

This is with bzr.exe 2.3.1 and qbzr 0.21.0dev (tip of lp:qbzr/0.20)

I can't understand why sometimes this bug appears for me, and sometimes it's not.
