The file had local changes. I could not reproduce when I tried to annotate the same file again.

It was using the Natty package which was most likely 0.20.0-1.

Is it bug appears when you clicked on the local change in the main text view, or when you clicked on the virtual new revision in the graph view?

It was a long time ago now, but I think I opened annotate from the working tree view by right clicking on a file and selecting annotate from the context menu. It crashed before the annotate window appeared.
