Please include Geany as preferred editor or a selectable option on Win32 if it is available on system.

I install bazaar and it comes with worpad.exe as default editor (poor editor).

It would be nice if Bazaar could search the Geany.exe binary on the system and set as preferred editor.

For now, the user have to set on preferences window, something like: C:/Program Files/Geany/bin/Geany.exe

There are a lot of good editors for Win32, so why we should promote Geany over others? I don't mind merge patch that add support for auto-detection of many good editors, not only for Geany.

I think Angel is not saying "please prefer Geany to everything else", just "please include it in a list of choices" if it's available.

Yes, that would be nice, but we don't have such list of choices yet. In any case preferences window is from qbzr (qconfig)

Like Martin says, only include Geany on a list if the editor is present on the system. Maybe a list could be defined for common alternative editors.
