qdiff: doesn't show non-versioned files selected in the qcommit dialog

Bug Description
When committing files using qcommit, there is an option in the dialog to "Show non-versioned files". This works well. If a non-versioned file is selected however, and the Diff button is clicked, the resulting diff does not include the non-versioned file, even though it's selected.
