qswitch: remember recently switched branches

Bug Description
I tend to switch between a few branches on a regular basis... it would be nice to have qswitch remember the branches I recently used from a specific checkout or local repository (not sure which would provide more expected behaviour... I will play a bit). Bonus points would be for qswitch to also pay attention to recent "branch" commands and offer these as suggestions as well.
