annotate crashed after clicking in file

Bug Description

I right clicked a file and chose "annotate".

The screen pops up and works 'correctly'... I can click on the history at hte bottom left to see the log and expand other branches merges.

However if I click on the main part of this window, where the actual file is, it crashes.

bzr: ERROR: exceptions.IndexError: list index out of range

also, please tell us what version of PyQt4 you're using.
