Bug Description
On Win XP, using bzr-2.1.
Filenames containing spaces are not treated consistently.
Consider dealing with text conflicts in a file "name with spaces.txt"
QCONFLICTS is able to pass this filename to an external tool (eg KDiff3) correctly.
QBROWSE (select 'merge conflicts' from right-click) does not - passes each space-delimited component in turn.
