Qadd: New changes to qadd shows all directories where files where ignored.

This happens in the latest unreleased code.

I have about 20 odd directories with ignored files (.class files) in each directory.
When I open qadd it now shows all these directories and I can't hide them.

When I deselect "show ignored files" I expect these directories to be hidden since they only get shown because they have ignored files in them.

I've just got that latest changes and I did a qadd on the qbzr branch to illustrate what I'm still experiencing.

I've attached my working tree to illustrate how difficult it now is to find unversioned files from qadd.
NOTE the directories are blurred out.

IMO: A directory should only be shown iff it contains unversioned files that are not ignored. (when the "show ignored files" checkbox is unselected).

Also I've noticed that the sorting is case sensitive. CAPS are getting preference over lower case letters.
I could log this as a different bug if you want?

Another thing:
The add dialog doesn't allow me to "check" anything to add.
