Bug Description

You have very nice functionality in 'bzr qsend' but you can't go back and merge one of those files with 'bzr qmerge'.

This ought to be a simple fix? Just allow file selection, not just dirs.

Not really. At least on Windows it's 2 different dialogs: select directories vs. select files.
So there is no simple way to combine both, at least for native dialogs.
