add refresh (or auto-refresh support) to qviewer

Bug Description
Bzr-explorer now using our qviewer to show content of .bzr.log. Because this log is very often changed then sometimes it will be useful to simply update to content of qviewer (refresh?). We can even do the smart thing and use QFileSystemWatcher to auto-detect when file changed and ask user about auto refresh.
