qexport: provide UI for exporting subdir of the tree

Bug Description
Plain bzr export can export part of the tree (some subdirectory). This could be done with command-line `bzr export DEST SUBDIR`. Unfortunately qexport ignores SUBDIR semantic of second optional argument. In any case will be nice to have this feature available either via additional control in qexport dialog or via context menu item in qbrowse.
