qrevert: select all should not be strictly connected to pending merge

Bug Description
Currently if there is pending merge then select/deselect all checkbox is toggled in sync with pending merges checkbox. This is unintuitive (and checkboxes in the group titles looks awkward on windows) and I think they should work somehow separately.
