qmerge: check for uncommitted changes and force merge if user say "yes"

I think we need to support check for presence of uncommitted changes or pending merges explicitly in validate method similar to what I did in qpush to force `push --no-strict`. So we can check the tree, ask the user about forcing operation and then add --force option regardless of unchecked checkbox in the dialog.
