Scrolling in qlog causes log widget to jump up and down

Bug Description
The loading message is made visible and invisible and this causes the log window do jump up and down while the user scrolls down a long list of changes.
Recommend putting the loading message is a place that it doesn't move other widgets. At the bottom of the dialog is one option.

FYI I believe that the loading msg only shows during scrolling if you are viewing a remote branch.
