[Translation] Updated German translations

I added some (not all) translations for the words / sentences in "qbzr-de.po".
In the header I only changed the field "Last-Translator". I was not sure about what to do with the rest.
Furthermore, I was not sure about what to do with the "&" symbols, except exactly the same letter after the "&" was also in the German translation (with the same case).

Some notes about my translations:

+ I wasn't sure how to translate "tag", "pull" and "push" to proper German, so I didn't translate sentences containing one of these words.
+ I translated "repository" with "Projektarchiv". It's like that in TortoiseSVN and I don't know any better word.
+ I translated "checkout" with "Checkout" because I didn't know any German word for this.
+ I translated "merge" with "Zusammenführung" (not really good but I have no better idea).

I hope my (incomplete) translations are of any use.

By the way, I posted my translation as a bug report instead of using the "Translations" feature of launchpad because in the README.txt of QBzr it says:

"When you're finish please file a bug report at https://launchpad.net/qbzr/+filebug and attach the translated file."

& is used to point at shortcut letter. i.e. &Action should be activated
with Alt+A combination. How to change this during translation process is
mostly depends on existing German translation practice.

I think today we prefer to use Launchpad, but any way is fine.

Okay. Next time I'll use the "Translations" feature of launchpad. You could mention the "Translations" page in the README. It makes the translating more comfortable.

Will the translations I made also be visible in the "Translations" page?
