qcommit: Spell checker is a bit too agressive

Bug Description
When typing commit messages the spell checker marks spelling mistakes before I have finished typing the word which is a little distracting. It would make more sense to do it once I have finished typing a word (eg by pressing space or typing a punctuation character).
