Bug Description
Currently qdiff just makes sure both sides are in sync when scrolling. This should be smarter and adjust the other scrollbar so that the currently visible changed blocks are as close together as possible. Of course, there should be no jumps, the movement of the other scrollbar must be smooth. Meld, for example, does this nicely.
