qlog: Search all fields at once (and do this by default)

Bug Description
The search is very nice in qlog but I think one small change could make it even better. The chooser on the right could have an option "all" that searched all of the fields of revisions (message, author etc). I think this should be the default too.

We could easly check if the search text is revid or revno before we search other things.
What do we do if we are using bzr-search. It unfortunately does not search authors.
