'Out of Memory' error

I tried to update my branch when I receive and 'Out of Memory' error. I deleted my .bzr file from my files on my desktop. When I checkout the files again I got this error message:

I am running Bazaar 1.1.2. I am also showing Conflicts but every time I try to resolve them this popup happens with the previous message.
