Bug Description
0.3.1 brz mv followed by rename (or vice-versa) fails using:
brz qcommit
brz: ERROR: The file id "XXX" is not present in the tree DirStateRevisio
This happens before any dialogue is displayed. brz itself has no problem, so the error is in qbrz. This appears to be related to some old bugs (538753 and 528548) and possibly https:/
I am fixing this: it's just a warning for anyone using 0.3.1

This also happens during the test suite, for renames as well as move-and-rename.
