Web UI : change torrent location and option to relocate torrent file

Bug Description
This a feature request.
qBittorrent Web UI is great when used an other computer than t classic workstation. For instance on a gateway or a media center.
But it's web ui is thought more in a way of downloading than a way of sharing.
It would be great if we could add in the web ui options to change torrent download/upload path, and even greater if we had a chance to relocate torrent files paths (in case of renaming, ordering of files).
