I START UP qbittorrent and windows 7 pop up screen says"qbittorrent.exe has stopped working" and below that "a problem caused the program to stop working correctly

I have uninstalled python and qbt and reinstalled and pop up still shows up
windows 7 ultimate
qbittorrent v.295
