Bug Description
IP filters are commonly distributed as .dat.gz, .p2p.gz, .p2b.gz, or one of the prior formats but named simply .gz.
The ipfilter parser should recognize when filter lists are gzip compressed and decompress into memory automatically.
The "Choose an ip filter" dialog should also expect *.gz as a valid file type.
